ORION BY AEF offers a selection of products imported and distributed internationally. Any order placed on orionbyaef.com constitutes a firm offer to purchase, subject to our acceptance.

Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Standard delivery is free; priority delivery with tracking and 24/7 support is available as an option at €54.99, shown before you confirm your order. ORION BY AEF reserves the right to change its prices at any time without notice.

Payment

Payment is due when the order is placed. We accept payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and Klarna. All transactions are secure.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Estimated delivery times are 8 to 12 working days for standard delivery and 5 to 8 working days for priority delivery. These times are provided for information only and do not constitute a contractual guarantee.

Returns

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right to return, provided that the products are returned in their original condition and packaging. Residents of the European Union also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason. See our Return and Refund Policy for further details.

Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, the competent courts for the area in which ORION BY AEF's registered office is located will hear the dispute, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers residing in the European Union.
