These terms and conditions, together with any policy referenced herein (the “Terms and Conditions”), set out your rights and obligations when using the Services.

ORION BY AEF offers a selection of carefully imported products distributed internationally. We make every effort to provide an accurate description of our products. However, product colours or appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on screen, depending on your device and its display settings.

We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of products ordered will exactly match the visual representations displayed in our store.

Product descriptions may be changed at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product and to limit the quantities available per person, region or jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. ORION BY AEF reserves the right to accept or refuse any order for any reason. Your order is accepted only after our express confirmation. Payment must be received and processed before an order is accepted.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it. ORION BY AEF will not be able to cancel an order that has already been accepted. If we refuse, change or cancel an order, we will notify you by email or by another contact method provided when you placed the order.

Your purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

You confirm that your purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

ARTICLE 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The applicable price is the price in effect when the order is placed, as stated in the confirmation email. Displayed prices are in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Standard delivery is free; only priority delivery, offered as an option, is charged at €54.99. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs fees may be charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Prices displayed in our online store may differ from those offered through other sales channels. We may occasionally offer promotions subject to specific conditions. If the terms of a promotion conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the promotion's terms take precedence.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date purchase and payment information. You warrant that the payment card information provided is correct, that you are authorised to use the payment method and that your bank will honour the charges incurred.

ARTICLE 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

ORION BY AEF distributes its products internationally as part of its import and selective distribution business. Delivery times communicated are estimates provided for information only and do not constitute a guarantee. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or any event beyond our control.

Once the products are handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk pass to you.

ARTICLE 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements comprising our Services, including trademarks, text, visuals, images, graphics, videos and audio content, together with their selection and arrangement, are the property of ORION BY AEF, its affiliates or its licensors and are protected by French and international intellectual property law.

You are authorised to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, downloading, transmission or commercial exploitation of the content without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

The names, logos and distinctive signs of ORION BY AEF are registered trademarks. Their use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

ARTICLE 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

ORION BY AEF is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sale or purchase made through our store is conducted directly with ORION BY AEF. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for sales concluded between you and ORION BY AEF, or for any harm arising from the products purchased. You expressly waive any claim against Shopify and its affiliates in this respect.

ARTICLE 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information collected through our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and to Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read these policies.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity of the other provisions, which will remain in full force and effect.

Failure to exercise a right under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ORION BY AEF and supersede any previous agreement.

You may not assign or transfer your rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions without our prior written consent. ORION BY AEF may assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions without your consent.

ARTICLE 22 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation or performance will fall within the jurisdiction of the courts for the area in which ORION BY AEF's registered office is located, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers residing in the European Union.
