For a change of mind covered by the right of withdrawal, notify ORION BY AEF of your decision within the applicable statutory period. You may use our withdrawal form or any other unambiguous statement.

1. Tell us about your return

Email contact@orionbyaef.com with your order number and the product or products concerned.

2. Receive the instructions

Our team will send you the practical information needed to return your item.

3. Prepare the product

Pack the product carefully, complete with its accessories. Handling needed to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning is not considered prolonged normal use.

4. Send the return

Keep your proof of postage. When simply exercising the right of withdrawal, the direct return costs are payable by the consumer where this was disclosed before purchase.

5. Refund

The statutory refund is made in accordance with the rules and time limits set out in the French Consumer Code. It may be withheld until the goods have been received back or proof of dispatch has been provided, whichever occurs first.
